We will be working with BackerKit to handle fulfillment to our Backers when the campaign is over. This will allow Backers to pay exact Shipping charges for their items, and to add additional Backer Rewards to their Pledge if they choose.

WHAT IF I WANT TO TEST YOUR PRINTABLE 3D FILES ON A LOCAL PRINTER, BEFORE I PLEDGE?
Good question! If you’d like to test-print our files on your 3D printer at home, or at your local 3D print shop, we’ve already uploaded some free 3D files for our game minis on Thingiverse:

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLAY THE GAME WITH FEWER THAN FOUR PEOPLE?
Yes! Thanks to the simple Turn Order mechanics of The Pit, it is possible to play the game with 1-4 players. Each player can control only one character, two characters, or all the characters.

WHAT ITEMS WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THE ENGINEER PLEDGE LEVEL?
You will have a physical copy of the Base Game, a Steam key to download the computer game, and a full set of 3D files for the Player Character minis, a Brawler mini, and complete set of the current Final Floor team (Elite Zuul Females, Mounted Pit Lord, and standing Pit Lord). Engineer Level currently includes around 30 Files, each representing a unique sculpt. You will also have 3D files to print more copies of any additional Player Characters, Monster Minis or Final Floor teams that are added by reaching Stretch Goals in this campaign.

WHAT ITEMS ARE INCLUDED WITH THE COMPLETIST PLEDGE LEVEL?
You will receive a physical copy of the Base Game, a Steam key to download the computer game, all of the 3D files which are included in the Engineer Level Pledge, AND a Big Box of Fun containing all the custom miniatures which are funded by the Stretch Goals of this campaign, particularly the Monster Minis.
Some of the items funded by Stretch Goals for this campaign may be boxed separately and available for purchase after the campaign is over through BackerKit, but they will be chopped up into smaller packages and priced for retail, not incorporated into a single low-cost package. Completist Level is for Kickstarter Backers Only.

WILL STRETCH GOALS ADD ANY MINIS TO THE BASE GAME BOX?
Yes! The Base Game comes with four Player Character minis. Any further Player Character miniatures that are funded by our Stretch Goals will be added to the Base Game box for all Backers.
If you want Monster Minis, you need to go for Completist Level.

CAN I PLAY THIS GAME WITH LESS THAN FOUR PLAYERS, OR SOLO?
Yes, there are several ways to play the game with less than four, including by yourself! You can let each Player control more than one Character, or you can simply play with fewer Characters, including solo runs–as in the original video game.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
